John Wight Gwinnutt of Walsall, 1887

This is the last will and testament of me, John Wight Gwinnutt, of No. 13 Paddock Lane, Walsall, in the county of Stafford, commercial clerk.

I devise and bequeath all my real and personal estate unto my dear sister Sarah Gwinnutt absolutely and appoint her the sole executrix of this my will.

In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand this third day of November, one thousand eight hundred and eighty six.

Signed by the said John Wight Gwinnutt (the testator) as his last will and testament in the presence of us both being present at the same time who in his presence and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses:  T Harrison Evans, Solicitor, Bank Chambers, The Bridge, Walsall;  Samuel J Doley, his clerk.

Proved at Lichfield the twenty fifth day of May 1887 by the oath of Sarah Gwinnutt, spinster, the sister and sole executrix to whom administration was granted.

Testator John Wight Gwinnutt was late of No. 13 Paddock Lane, Walsall, in the county of Stafford, commercial clerk and died the eighth day of May 1887 at No. 13 Paddock Lane.   Personal Estate: £437 4s 5d.
